Question #1: Where are you located and can I order from you from anywhere?
Answer: United States, Florida – and we accept orders and clients from all over the world.
Question #2: What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: US dollars. New! We also now accept the following payment methods: American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Debit Cards (with Master Card or Visa logos on them), Pre-Paid credit cards (with American Express, Master Card or Visa logos), and e-checks, Paypal.
Question #3: What is your refund policy?
Answer: Refunds available as follows:
Spell Kits: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exceptions. However, if a wrong spell kit was sent, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one provided that (a) The package is in tact and (b) no item has been used. For EXCHANGES, please contact us using our Support Page (http://break-up-spells.com/support.html).
Custom Spell Casting on our Altar: We want our clients to see results, therefore we extend a 90 day 100% satisfaction guarantee, or request a full refund from us.

60 90 days to ask for one. Its’ that simple. I’d rather “happy” clients that are satisfied with their results, than not. Answer: Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All your information is kept 100% private and confidential. We do not store any photos you send us, we do not process your credit card payment to us (we use a secure third-party company for that – so we NEVER see your payment details), we NEVER rent, sell, or share your information with anyone else – PERIOD! We also hate spam as much as you do and will ONLY contact you regarding your purchase, inquiry or interest.
Question #6: Do I have to cast a spell with you?
Answer: No. There is no obligation to cast a spell through our service. You may purchase a spell kit to cast the spell yourself as it contains everything you need to cast the spell according to the goal of the kit. You can also do a dual spell casting (purchase a spell kit and request the spell cast by us on our altar) as well.
Question #7: What are your store hours? When can I order?
Answer: You can order safely and securely online 24/7, 365 days of the year through our secure, third-party payment processor. However, our store hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (USA)
Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (USA)
Sundays Noon to 3 PM Eastern Time (USA)
